Srushti Deshmukh has started working on her UPSC entry in her 3rd year of her engineering degree. Following her graduation, she began to question whether or not she'd enjoy a career in engineering job. Once she realized her goal, she began to work on civil services. The parents of her encouraged her to pursue civil service and pursue an opportunity to work in public service. The young woman never lost her enthusiasm, and remained focused solely in her pursuit to become an IAS. To be able to pass UPSC to be achieved it is more work required. When she was studying engineering courses, she also used to study for various topics at UPSC. Everyday, she set aside time to work on her preparation for the test. It took her just one month preparing for the test and kept away from the internet and social life. She believes that focusing on her work is vital to pass the test to get a government job, and to be eligible for a job as a civil servant. She was determined to pass the exam in the first try and has put in lots of work. Every day, she read the newspaper to keep updated with the current news. The book is available at any library in the country. It is an excellent book to IAS candidates who are preparing rigorously to take the exam.
